When will I receive my redeemed gifts?
For redemption of digital vouchers, you will receive your voucher within 21 working days via email upon payment completion.
For redemption of physical products, the standard delivery period can take up to 21 working days after we receive your order. Kindly note that these are just estimates, and actual delivery dates may vary depending on external factors beyond MoneySmart and the courier’s control. But not to worry, we've got your back!

Can I request an exchange/refund of my redemptions?
