Each MoneySmart promotion comes with a unique claim form that must be filled out and submitted within the specified submission period.

To submit a claim, follow these steps:

Register an account with MoneySmart.
Choose the claim form for the promotion you have applied for and enter your information.

To ensure smooth reward fulfillment, make sure to:

Confirm that the claim form corresponds to the correct financial partner.
Verify that you applied for your financial product within the promotion date.
Enter the correct Application Number (Unique Reference Number) provided by the financial partner.
Ensure your MoneySmart account email matches the one used with the financial partner.
