首先，要大讚MoneySmart一次都沒有走過數（相比MoneyHXXX）。我通過MoneySmart邀請碼申請過多個股票戶口。我以個人人格擔保MoneySmart是一間legit的獎賞公司，而不是一間詐騙公司。 但系，MoneySmart最大的敗筆，就系其電子eCoupon系統供應商Wogi。MoneySmart提供的超市禮券，有效期均為兩年以上。但Wogi eCoupon系統的獎賞連結有效期，只有數個月。並且，Wogi系統內，只能兌換50或100元面值的eCoupon。因此，你必須儘快從Wogi系統內，兌換eCoupon，複製其eCoupon連結URL，並記錄於自己手機或電腦的文檔內。 Wogi的兌換系統設計，會造成什麼使用上的麻煩以及安全隱患？這意味著如果你從MoneySmart攞到2000元的超市禮券，你需要由Wogi網站兌換並複製出40張eCoupon的URL，並且保存於不安全的本地文檔，或者WhatsApp信息裡面。你需要自己紀錄邊張eCoupon已經使用，邊張eCoupon就來過期。如果你同時申請3個戶口，攞到6000蚊，咁你就需要管理 40 * 3 = 120張eCoupon的網址連結。會令你的eCoupon記錄管理變得極度混亂。 第二個更為危險之處，在於Wogi的獎賞連結，如被人盜取，那麼任何得知你Wogi連結的壞人，都可以隨意使用你的eCoupon。 因此，MoneySmart作為一件獎賞公司，我認為是值得信任以及依賴的。但系由於其eCoupon供應商Wogi的用戶體驗不足，我日後無論個人，或者建議親戚朋友，都只會使用其他肯派發實體禮券的獎賞公司（如X斯）。 最後，我也鼓勵MoneySmart可以與其供應商Wogi，一同商討對策，提升客戶用戶體驗。希望你地未來可以做得更好。
