• “Existing Credit Card Customers” refer to applicants who are currently holding and/or have ever held the Principal Card of any personal credit card/affinity card/co-branded card (excluding spending card and private label card) issued by Hang Seng during the 12 months immediately preceding the date of application.

• If the customer has held a Hang Seng Travel+ Visa Signature Card as the primary cardholder within the 12 months prior to the application date, they will not be eligible for any additional welcome rewards on this platform. If a customer who has received the offers cancels the relevant credit card account within 13 months from the date of account opening, a handling fee of an equivalent amount will be charged.

• If a designated primary credit card and its supplementary card(s) share the same credit limit, their accumulated spending will be combined for calculation purposes.

• To be eligible to receive the additional rewards offered under this promotion, eligible customers must ensure that the relevant designated credit card account is still valid and in good credit standing at the time the rewards are granted.

1. Customers must complete and submit the redemption form after logging in to MoneySmart on or before 10 September, 2026 after submitting the card application.

2. 7. Eligible spending amount does not include the deducted amount from the use of discount offers and/or +FUN Dollars/Merchant Dollars, any unposted purchase by Interestfree Instalment Plan at any merchant, cash advance, handling fee for cash advance, annual fee/service fee, finance charges, late charges, tax bill payment, Credit Card online bill payments (including but not limited to water bills, electricity bills, insurance premiums, payments to other banks and credit cards, etc.), Cash Instalment Plan, Spending Instalment Plan, Tax Instalment Plan, Balance Transfer Plan, Octopus Automatic Add Value Service transactions (including via e-wallet/other method to top up Smart Octopus), purchase and/or reload of stored value cards or e-wallets, purchase of products/services at financial/non-financial institutions (including but not limited to, foreign currency, money orders, travellers’ cheques, deposits and money transfers), balance transfers, purchases of casino chips, and transactions which are unposted/unauthorized/cancelled/ refunded/found to be fraudulent.

   Eligible Dining Spending refers to Eligible Retail Spending made at dining outlets, Hang Seng Bank Limited (“Hang Seng”) will determine whether individual merchant falls under the dining category based on the merchant code identified by the merchant’s acquiring bank, and or Visa International. Eligible Dining Spending does not include online retail transactions, banquet services, transactions made in private parties/functions/private room events and dining outlets in hotels, department stores, associations and clubhouses, all Alipay, PayMe and Wechat Pay transactions, any transactions made at merchants with merchant codes which are not in the dining category as definded by the merchant’s acquiring bank or Visa International from time to time, or any unauthorized transactions.

8. Existing Hang Seng customers can log on to Hang Seng Mobile App for a quicker application and processing - the system will automatically fill in your personal information from their records and the promo code. Upon login, the promo code will be pre-filled in the application form.
