ARE YOU ELIGIBLE?

• - Must access the Webull account opening page via the MoneySmart exclusive link (first-time registration through MoneySmart is required; phone numbers previously registered on the Webull APP are not eligible for the reward)
  - Click "Register Now"
  - Follow the on-screen instructions to complete the account opening process
  - Download and log in to the Webull App to complete the remaining account opening steps and make the first deposit

• Reward eligibility is based on the deposit date and completion of the account opening process

• Eligibility: Hong Kong residents aged 18 or above with a valid Hong Kong bank account, or individuals holding a foreign passport.

• Successfully complete and submit the MoneySmart Reward Redemption Form by 15 July 2026, after opening the Designated Account within the Promotion Period. Applicants must provide their Webull Account ID in the 'Application Reference Number' section of the MoneySmart Reward Redemption Form.

• Have their application for the Designated Account approved by the Product Provider and complete the account opening procedure according to the Product Provider’s system records

WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW

1. * The cash reward will be converted from SmartPoint and then deposited into the eligible applicant's bank account via FPS.

2. # Deposit HK$200,000 or above to automatically receive Webull’s NVDA stock reward equivalent to 2% of net deposited assets (up to HK$100,000 max), credited in 12 instalments.

    

   Note: Customers who qualify for Webull's official rewards will not be eligible for MoneySmart's HK$10,000 or HK$80,000 deposit rewards at the same time.

3. Participants must open a new Webull securities account during the campaign ("Account Opening Date") and accumulate net deposits* of at least HK$10,000 within 45 days. The reward tier (locked reward tier) will be determined based on total net deposits within those 45 days.

4. Cumulative Net Deposits (within 45 days of account opening):
   Net Deposits = Total Transfers In – Total Transfers Out
   (Investment P&L excluded. Withdrawing rewards or earnings may cause net deposits to fall short.)
   *Stock transfers are valued at the previous day's closing price.

5. Before applying via the designated MoneySmart link, you must:
   - Disable any ad blocker (or similar functions)
   - Clear your browser cache and cookies
   - Do not use “Incognito Mode

6. Reward Conditions and Gift Selection
   Customer must open an account for the first time and meet the retention requirements via MoneySmart's designated link between 16 to 22 June.
