WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW

1. Customers must complete and submit the redemption form along with the card approval proof after logging in to MoneySmart on or before 31 July, 2026

2. During the Promotion Period, you must use the Invitation Code to open a Mox Account, completing the Mox Account opening process the following 15 days and Mox Credit application in the following 30 days.

3. Redeem your welcome gift with the following steps📱:

   1. A redemption code will be sent to your email within 14 days you fulfilled the spending requirement.
   2. If your The Club Membership has not yet been linked with your Mox Card or if you do not have a The Club Membership Account, open the Mox app > tap ‘Mox Rewards’ > tap ‘Clubpoints’ > tap "Link now" > follow the instructions to easily link your Mox Card to your The Club membership
   3. Go to the Welcome Offer Zone in the Mox Zone Welcome Offer Zone in the Mox Zone, select the gift of your choice, and check out with your redemption code.
   4. Your selected gift will be delivered to your door

4. Please refer to the Rewards for Cards Schedule for further details. From 2 April 2026 to 30 June 2026, when you make an eligible Mox Credit Card transaction, if you have Mox+ ("Unlocking Criteria"), then you may earn unlimited 2% CashBack or HKD4 = 1 Asia Mile on the amount of the eligible Mox Credit Card transaction based on your selected Spending Rewards Scheme. From 1 July 2026, if you have satisfied either one of the Unlocking Criteria at the time you make an eligible Mox Credit Card transaction, you will earn unlimited 2% CashBack or HKD5 = 1 Asia Mile on the amount of the eligible Mox Credit Card transaction based on your selected Spending Rewards Scheme.

5. If you have not satisfied the Unlocking Criteria at the time you make an eligible Mox Credit Card transaction, you may still earn unlimited 1% CashBack or HKD10 = 1 Asia Mile on the amount of the eligible Mox Credit Card transaction. “Eligible Payroll Transaction” means a transaction where your employer pays your salary into your Mox Account via FPS, and the transaction is displayed as ‘Salary’ in the Mox app. For the avoidance of doubt, standing instructions or other local electronic transfers are not considered ‘Eligible Payroll Transactions’. Based on your selected Spending Rewards Scheme, you will be eligible to receive: (i) 2% CashBack; or (ii) HKD4 =1 Asia Mile  (until 30 June 2026) or HKD5 =1 Asia Mile (from 1 July 2026) during the period beginning on and from the day you complete the Eligible Payroll Transaction and ending on the last day of the next calendar month.
