How to deposit money to Matrixport account?

Please note that all deposits must be made in US dollars. Although Matriport won’t charge you any fee, fees of approximately US$20-$70 may still be imposed by your bank. Please see the steps below on how to fund your account through your local bank account:

Step 1

Open Matrixport App, go to “Home” and select “Wire Transfer”

Step 2

Bind your local bank account and select the country where your bank is located from.

Step 3

Fill in your local bank account information and upload a bank statement for verification purposes.

Step 4

Select “Wallet” > “USDC” > “Deposit” > “Bank Wire Transfer” to initiate a bank wire transfer to your Matrixport account. It usually takes 1-3 business days.

How to make a cryptocurrency deposit at Matrixport?

Simply follow the steps below to deposit your cryptocurrency to your Matrixport account! Note: Please be reminded not to deposit any irrelevant coins such as USDT to a BTC address, or you may risk losing the assets

Go to Matrixport App, on "Wallet" and choose your desired crypto (e.g. BTC), then click "Deposit"

How to withdraw cyroto from Matrixport?

Before you can make any withdrawals, you will be asked to key in below to verify your identity including:
  • Google Authentication code or the verification code sent to your phone or email
  • Fund Password
  • last 6 characters of your ID number

To complete the above procedures, your account must have been connected to your email, phone number, or Google Authentication, and you must already have your Fund Password set up.

The steps of withdrawing cryptocurrency is as follows:

Go to the Matrixport App, select the token type you intend to withdraw in the "Wallet" Tab

Step 2

Click "Withdraw" to enter the withdraw page to key in the amount you wish to withdraw and the receiver’s address

Step 3

You can check the status of your transaction using transaction ID (TxID)

No Crypto Withdrawal Fee

Effective from May 2021, customers can withdraw any cryptocurrency for free twice a month.

How to withdraw your funds from Matrixport?

To protect your assets, Matrixport reviews each and every fiat currency withdrawal so it takes some time (2-4 business days) for the transaction to be completed. Also, you will be charged US$30 per transaction. The steps of withdrawing funds are as follows:

Go to Matrixport App, go to "Wallet", then hit "USDC" > "Withdraw" > "Withdraw Wire Transfer" and select to withdraw "USD"

Fill in the amount you intend to withdraw

Please allow 2-4 business days for the transaction to be completed
