WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW

2. Customers must complete and submit the redemption form after logging in to MoneySmart on or before 31 July 2026

3. The redemption notice for the Coupons will be issued to the eligible customers within 8 months after the end of the Promotional Period. Customers must ensure that the mobile phone numbers, email addresses, and correspondence addresses registered with the Bank are correct and valid. The Bank will not be responsible for any failure to receive the redemption notice due to invalid/incomplete or incorrect mobile phone number, email address, or correspondence address provided by the customer, and will not offer any form of compensation. Customers must present the redemption notice at the designated redemption center to redeem the Coupons. Use of the Coupons is subject to the terms and conditions stipulated by the supplier.
