    Only loan applications with a final outcome of either "Approved and Accepted" or "Declined" will be eligible for the reward. Example: If a customer submits a loan application and the application status is shown as "Cancelled", regardless of whether the cancellation is initiated by (i) the lending institution or (ii) the applicant (including, but not limited to, withdrawal or cancellation due to disagreement with the approved loan amount, interest rate, or repayment tenor), the application will not be regarded as "Approved and Accepted" or "Declined", and therefore will not be eligible for the reward.

  • Customers must complete and submit the redemption form after logging in to MoneySmart, along with a valid reference number provided by UA Finance on or before 7 November 2026, the reference number (i.e. IMMSxxxxxxxxxxxx) should be shown upon completion of the application.
