Before you claim, you can call FWD at 3123 3123 to check if your policy covers your claims or you can check it via the FWD app. It is also important to submit your claim within 31 days of the event you are claiming for. Please see claim procedure below:
Gather all relevant documents and get ready to send these documents to FWD. Please be aware that FWD requires some of these documents e.g. police reports to be true copies.
Fill out a claim form which can be downloaded from the FWD website.
Submit the completed claim form and the relevant documents to FWD by mail, email or in person.
FWD usually makes a claims decision within 14 working days.
