Fees & Charges

Late Payment Fee	For each month customers fail to pay any Monthly Repayment Amount in full when due, the Bank will charge a late repayment surcharge of HK$1,000.
Early Settlement Fee	The early settlement administrative fee shall be calculated by reference to the number of years in the remaining Loan period (any part of a year shall be rounded up to a year) and chargeable for each year at a rate of 2% per annum on the principal amount of the Loan.
